Cancellations: A 30 day notice in season (Dec.1st-April 15th) and a 14 day notice in off-season (April 16th-Nov.30th) is required for a refund.
If you are forced to leave before your original date of departure, every effort will be made to re-rent your accommodations. Recovered balance will be refunded to you.
